Love is the power podcast

99. The unresolved one

Episode Notes

Notice your response to receiving critical feedback from another. Do you feel compelled to tell the person that they’ve hurt you? Do you find the urge to apologize and reach a resolution? Whatever your tendency, we all know how painful it can be to be judged by another—especially when we make it mean we’re a bad person! In this week’s episode, Tom helps a meditation participant welcome the precious part of her that’s identified with her “badness." The one who desperately seeks to find a safe space to relate to others. Through inquiry, we are invited to open to the possibility that all spaces are safe when we directly experience the unconditional love that we are. It could be that no resolutions are needed when we live as who and what we are without a story.
