What would you like to experience in 2022? This week, Tom leads a meditation session that allows us to get in touch with what we'd like for the new year and what might be in the way. To follow along, take a few moments to write down your new year's wishes. Then, say your statement out loud with either the words "I allow," "I’m open," or "I’m ready" as a preface. For example, "I’m open to experiencing more ease, effortlessness, and fun this year." Finally, allow your mind to offer up the reasons why this is not possible. Perhaps you need to know how this could be, or there's not enough time, or the very nature of life is hard, or you're not worthy. Whatever the mind presents, gently go through the Four Questions of The Work or simply welcome each reason until there's nothing left to fear or resist. Happy New Year, everyone.
